How to Apply

Applications to the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program must be submitted through the Ontario Medical School Application Service (OMSAS).

Application Deadlines, Documents and Fees

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that their application, supporting documents and fees are received by OMSAS by the dates and deadlines indicated on OMSAS - Key Dates. Early submission is strongly encouraged, as deadlines are strictly enforced.

Documents submitted after the deadline indicated will not be accepted and may result in an application no longer being considered.

  Application documents are NOT retained from year to year. Previous applicants must resubmit all supporting documents.

  Falsification or misrepresentation of information during any portion of the application process, including interviews, will result in removal of the application from consideration, and may be considered in any future applications to Western University.
